1. No general online withdrawal right
Swiss law does not provide an automatic general withdrawal right for every contract made online. The rules shown before confirmation and any mandatory rights apply.
2. Before acceptance
A request not yet accepted can be withdrawn according to the available workflow.
3. After acceptance
Consequences depend on contract type, category, duration, timing and the conditions accepted before confirmation.
4. Signed contract
Termination follows the documented request/reason/agreement/fee calculation/database record/closure-document process. The original contract remains preserved.
5. Mutual cancellation
The parties may agree different lawful terms and should document the agreement on the platform where possible.
6. Refund
Refunds are made after determining the refundable amount. Accrued lawful charges, damages and provider costs may be considered.
7. Deposit
The deposit is separate from price and its release/retention follows the agreement and evidence.
8. Dispute
Each side may submit evidence; ShareSpace may pause technically permitted flows during review but does not replace a court.
9. Processing time
Credit timing may also depend on the payment provider and bank.
10. Mandatory rights
Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain fully reserved.
